Where to start for the season?

Well....
It's a good idea to set some goals for your group. Talk to the parents in your group, ask them their goals for the season with their kids. I have been a team parent for 3 years, and i have never been asked my goals for my kids?
Just in case you would like to know, I would like both my kids to be able to safely ski the whole mountain and know how to make good terrain choices based on weather and snow conditions. I also want them to have a great time. I don't expect them to be Olympians, but I do expect them to improve and get more confident on the mountain.
